Marjorie Young Noblia was born to William Cason Young and Mercelyn Armstrong McCrea on May 11, 1958, in Jacksonville, Florida. She moved to Keystone Heights, Florida, where she attended elementary school before moving to Lake City, Florida, to start the 5th grade. Living on a small farm, she loved riding horses and was very involved in 4-H. After graduating from Columbia High School, she moved between Massachusetts, Georgia, and Germany before settling in Bakersfield, California. In California, she worked in various places in a managerial position. She loved people and was happy when they surrounded her. On July 7, 1990, she married the love of her life, Gary Noblia. They loved to dine at restaurants, attend her class reunions, and frequent the casinos. Instead of retiring for the past seven years, she decided to work in a school setting. She assisted teachers and soon became a fantastic support for all students as a reading specialist. She loved making a difference and beamed when her students showed progress. Aside from working, she loves to spend time with family and travel. She did both often as the family traveled together to celebrate holidays and enjoy vacations. Together with her daughters Ami and Lisa, they took many trips to Florida, New York, and their favorite California destinations. Her family was her life, and she loved every moment she spent with her grandchildren, Delaney, Faith, Abbie, and Kaylee. She was a "daughter", "sister", "wife", "mom", "grandma", "aunt", and "friend" to many. No matter who it was, she loved to support and celebrate them. Despite her recent struggles with health, her love for family and friends has never wavered.
