Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Cynthia Mancha, who left us on Sunday. She was everything to her children—a mother, a friend, a confidant, and our greatest supporter.

She was selfless to her core, always putting others before herself, even when she had little to give. Her kindness and generosity knew no bounds. She had a way of making everyone feel seen, cared for, and loved.

Mom had a gift for nurturing life—not just in people, but in everything she touched. Known to many as "the plant lady," her home was filled with vibrant, thriving greenery that reflected the beauty and care she poured into every corner of her life. Taking care of things and helping them grow came naturally to her—it was simply who she was.

She found joy in the little things, like shopping in any store, wandering the aisles with a smile, finding treasures wherever she went. Her laughter was contagious, her hugs healing, and her presence irreplaceable.

She loved in a way that made you feel like everything was going to be okay, no matter what.

Most of all, she loved her children with her whole heart. Through every season of life, she stood by us with grace, strength, and unwavering love.

She is survived by her five children: Lenore Sosa, Samuel Ocampo, Leandro Ocampo, LeNeik Maldonado, and Julián Mancha; thirteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren—all of whom she adored deeply and who will carry her memory forward in their hearts.

Mom, thank you for everything—for your love, your laughter, your support, and the countless ways you showed up for us. You were one of a kind, and we miss you more than words can express.

Your love will live on in us always.

We take comfort in knowing that Cynthia is now at peace, resting in the arms of her Savior. Her life was a testament to the power of love and the beauty of a life well-lived in service to others. As we remember Cynthia, let us honor her legacy by extending the same kindness and generosity that she so effortlessly displayed throughout her remarkable life.
